TECHNOSOFT ( AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD, domiciled at Wellington, being the subsidiary branch of Australian company TECHNOSOFT (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED (ACN 152725552, registered Sutherland NSW 2232), officially ceased trading/operations on 1 July 2013.
It is the intention of TECHNOSOFT (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED and its board of directors to execute the deregistration of TECHNOSOFT ( AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD with the Companies Office and Inland Revenue Department on or before 31 March 2014.
TECHNOSOFT ( AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD will not be preparing nor publishing audited financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
Any and all public objections as to the deregistration of TECHNOSOFT ( AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD should be lodged in writing with the Companies Office, Northern Business Centre, Private Bag 92061, Victoria Street West, Auckland 1142, within three months after the date of publication of this notice.
