Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, PRIMAPLAS PTY. LIMITED gives notice that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
PRIMAPLAS PTY. LIMITED ceased to carry on business on 30 June 2012 and the business is currently conducted by Primaplas Limited since 1 July 2012.
