Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry On Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
Notice is given that the above-named company intends
to cease to carry on business in New Zealand pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Act.
Notice will be given to the Registrar, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act, after three months from the date of
this notice, seeking removal of the company from the
New Zealand Register.
