Staffplan Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom and registered under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on 10 May 2014 or soon after that date.
