Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated 18 June 2013 against Corcoran, Michael Denis, 2/451 Hereford Street, Christchurch Central, Christchurch, was annulled at the Christchurch High Court, pursuant to section 309(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 2006, with effect from 4 February 2014.
