Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated 8 October 2013 against Cole, Trevor Arthur, 819 Main North Road, RD 43, Waitara, is hereby annulled by order of the New Plymouth High Court.
Pursuant to section 309(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 2006, this annulment is effective from 8 October 2013.
