Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated 8 September 2011 against Bartup, Laurence John, 15A Princeton Road, Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu, was annulled at the High Court at Wellington on 13 March 2014, pursuant to section 310(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 2006 from the date of this order.
