1. On 14 October 2014, an application for putting STEEL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2014-463-172. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday 9 December 2014 at 10.45am.
