This document notifies you that:

1. On 25 July 2014, an application for putting EFFUZI (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2014-485-9543. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 28 November 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is the board of trustees of Balmacewen Intermediate School, whose address for service is at the offices of Albert Alloo & Sons, Level 4, Capitol Building, 67 Princes Street, Dunedin. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Albert Peter Alloo, whose address is as noted above.
