This document notifies you that:

1. On 22 August 2014, an application for putting DARNLEY FARM LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2014-463-149. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday 11 November 2014 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Morris Mines Limited (trading as David Morris Earthworks), whose address for service is at the offices of MDS Law, Level 1, 334 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch 8024. The plaintiff’s solicitor is John Wright, whose address is as noted above.
