This document notifies you that:
1. On 9 September 2014, an application for putting COLLINSVILLE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2014-419-361. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 28 October 2014 at 11.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
