This document notifies you that:
1. On 8 September 2014, an application for putting R.A.RILLSTONE LOG CARTAGE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whanganui. Its reference number is CIV-2014-483-37. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whanganui on Wednesday 22 October 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Manawatu Truck Services 2010 Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Natalie Tabb, Barrister and Solicitor, 35 Isobel Road, Greenhithe, Auckland 0632. The plaintiff's solicitor is Natalie Tabb, whose address is as noted above.
