This document notifies you that:
1. On 31 July 2014, an application for putting ALAN WALKER YACHT DESIGN (N.Z.) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2014-488-125. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on
28 October 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
