This document notifies you that:
1. On 1 September 2014, an application for putting the ROPATA VILLAGE TRUST BOARD into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2014-485-1185. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 28 October 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
