This document notifies you that:
1. Members of the public are notified that on 10 September 2014, an application for an order, under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of RAY HASLAR AUTOHAUS LIMITED, was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2014-404-2401.
2. The order sought is an order:
(a) that the plaintiffs' acquire the defendant's shares in the defendant company; or
(b) that the defendant company be put into liquidation.
3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 2 October 2014 at 10.00am.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
5. The plaintiffs are Stefan Nikola Ante Tolich, Ivana Tanja Tolich and Timothy John Goulding (as trustees of the Tolich Family Trust), whose address for service is at Simpson Grierson, Solicitors, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland. The plaintiffs' solicitor is James Cameron Caird, whose address is as noted above.
