This document notifies you that:
1. On 11 August 2014, an application for putting LVS RETAIL LIMITED and REIREI NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
Its reference number is CIV-2014-404-1981. The application is scheduled to be heard at the High Court
at Auckland on 26 September 2014 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant companies, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
