This document notifies you that:
1. On 10 July 2014, an application for putting A&L LIGHTING SOLUTIONS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2014-412-94. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on 25 September 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
