This document notifies you that:
1. On 26 June 2014, an application for putting QUEENSTOWN MARINA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2014-409-404. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on Thursday 21 August 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
