This document notifies you that:
1. Members of the public are notified that on 29 November 2013, an application for an order, under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of MT WHITE STATION LIMITED, was filed in the High Court at Timaru. Its reference number is CIV-2013-476-314.
2. The order sought is an order:
(a) requiring the company or other person to acquire the plaintiff's shares; or
(b) putting the company into liquidation; or
(c) directing the company to sell the farm.
3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on 10 February 2014 at 11.00am.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
5. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
6. The plaintiff is Lindley Helen Turnbull, whose address for service is at the firm of Rhodes & Co, Solicitors, Level 2, 12 Hazeldean Road (PO Box 13444), Christchurch.
