This document notifies you that:
1. On 20 June 2014, an application for putting NUBIOTICS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2014-419-257. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 28 July 2014 at 11.30am.
