This document notifies you that:
1. On 16 May 2014, an application for putting NUBIOTICS LIMITED into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2014-419-213. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 28 July 2014 at 11.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is EFS Global (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, 197 Bridge Street, Nelson 7010. The plaintiff's solicitors are Brian Nathan and Stephen Galbreath, whose address is as noted above.
