1. On 9 April 2014, an application for putting UFB CIVIL 5.2 LIMITED (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2014-404-851. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 22 May 2014 at 10.00am.
