This document notifies you that:
1. On 31 March 2014, an application for putting SOUTH WAIKATO PROCESSING FACILITY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2014-419-136. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Tuesday 3 June 2014 at 11.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is George Michael Gordon Hunter, whose address for service is at the offices of Foley
