This document notifies you that:
1. On 17 March 2014, an application for putting AREDDY PRIVATE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is
CIV-2014-404-642. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 16 May 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Eftpos Systems Limited, whose address for service is c/o Lowndes Associates, Level 5,
18 Shortland Street, Auckland. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
