This document notifies you that:
1. On Friday 28 March 2014, an application for putting PACIFIC COAST DISTRIBUTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2014-441-37. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on Thursday 15 May 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is DPS Trucks Limited, whose registered address is Ford Road, Onekawa, Napier. The plaintiff's address for service is at the offices of Lawson Robinson, 73 Raffles Street, Napier 4110. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
