This document notifies you that:
1. On Monday 10 February 2014, an application for putting SHERLOCK CONTRACTING LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2014-463-26. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Monday 10 March 2014 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Enviro Waste Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
