This document notifies you that:
1. On 23 January 2014, an application for putting HUNDRED YEARS FOOD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2014-404-119. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 12 March 2014 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
