This document notifies you that:
1. On Wednesday 11 December 2013, an application for putting STEVE G LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2013-404-5186. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Auckland on 7 March 2014 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is New Zealand Fire Service Commission, whose address for service is at the office of its solicitors, DLA Phillips Fox, 50-64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011. The plaintiff's solicitor is Matthew Booth, whose address is as noted above.
