On 12 November 2014, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 28 November 2014 at 5.00pm.
