1. Title-This notice is The Authorised Futures Dealers (CMC Markets NZ Limited) Notice 2011 Amendment Notice 2014.
2. Commencement-This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. Principal notice-This notice amends The Authorised Futures Dealers (CMC Markets NZ Limited) Notice 2011* ("principal notice").
4. Renewal of principal notice-Clause 1(3) of the principal notice is amended by deleting
"31 October 2014"
and replacing it with
"29 November 2014".
