Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.

1. Title-This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers
(IG Markets Limited) Notice 2009 Amendment Notice 2014.
2. Commencement-This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. Principal notice-This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers (IG Markets Limited) Notice 2009* ("principal notice").
4. Renewal of principal notice-Clause 1(3) of the principal notice is amended by deleting
"30 September 2014"
and replacing it with
"28 November 2014".
