Pursuant to section 38 of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers (Edge Capital Markets Limited) Notice 2011 Amendment Notice 2014.
2. Commencement-This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. Principal notice-This notice amends The Authorised Futures Dealers (Edge Capital Markets Limited) Notice 2011* ("principal notice").
4. Renewal of principal notice-Clause 1(3) of the principal notice is amended by deleting
"30 September 2014"
and replacing it with
"28 November 2014".
5. Amendment to the definition of Company-Clause 2(1) of the principal notice is amended by deleting the definition of Company and replacing it with the following definition:
"Company means BBY (NZ) Limited."
6. Amendment to title-The title of the principal notice is changed to
"The Authorised Futures Dealers (BBY (NZ) Limited) Notice 2011".
