1. Pursuant to sections 38(3)(b) and 39(3) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, and having complied with section 39 of that Act, the Electricity Authority gives notice of making the Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Minor Code Amendments) (No 2) 2014 ("Amendment").
2. The Amendment comes into force on 19 September 2014.
3. The Amendment corrects errors in the drafting of a previous amendment to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code"). The Amendment provides for the issue of invoices by the clearing manager if the clearing manager receives revised information under clause 15.20C, and for reconciliation participants to provide corrected dispatchable load information to the reconciliation manager to resolve a volume information dispute.
