Pursuant to section 70 of the Non-bank Deposit Takers Act 2013, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand on 5 August 2014 granted the extensions of exemptions contained in the Deposit Takers (Extension of Terms) Exemption Notice 2014, in particular extending the Deposit Takers (Funding Conduits) Exemption Notice 2010 and the Deposit Takers (Payment Facility Providers) Exemption Notice 2009.
