Pursuant to section 147C of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, notice is given of the approval of a Regulatory Reporting Guide for Authorised Financial Advisers for incorporation into Standard Condition 2 of the Standard Conditions for Authorised Financial Advisers.
The Regulatory Reporting Guide will apply to all current authorised financial advisers and to all grants of authorisation of financial advisers from 18 August 2014.
The Regulatory Reporting Guide is available on the Financial Markets Authority's website at

Printed copies are also available for inspection free of charge and can be purchased on request from the Financial Markets Authority, Level 2, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, or Level 5, Ernst & Young Building, 2 Takutai Square, Britomart, Auckland, between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
