Pursuant to section 36K(1) of the Securities Markets Act 1988, the Financial Markets Authority on 17 June 2014 approved changes to the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules for the markets operated by NZX Limited, as contained in the Securities Markets Act (NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules) Approval of Market Rules Notice 2014.
