On 27 May 2014, the Commerce Commission, pursuant to section 87 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), prepared a Final Liability Allocation Determination for
the purpose of the Telecommunications Development Levy (TDL) for the period between 1 July 2012 and 30 June 2013.
Pursuant to sections 87(1)(b) and 6 of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its TDL Final Liability Allocation Determination.
