In accordance with section 161(2) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency, on behalf of the Minister of Transport, gives notice of the Minister's intention to amend eleven Land Transport Rules, and advises that Land Transport Rule: Omnibus Amendment 2014 ("the Rule") is available for public comment.
The Rule proposes minor, mainly technical or editorial, changes to the following Land Transport Rules:

- Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002
(Rule 32014)
- Land Transport Rule: Operator Licensing 2007

- Land Transport Rule: Passenger Service Vehicles 1999 (Rule 31001)
- Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004 (Rule 61001)
- Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 (Rule 54002)
- Land Transport Rule: Tyres and Wheels 2001
(Rule 32013)
- Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Equipment 2004
(Rule 32017)
- Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Lighting 2004
(Rule 32005)
- Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Standards Compliance 2002 (Rule 35001/1)
