Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Dunedin Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2014.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2014.
2. Abolition of Dunedin Rural Fire District-The Dunedin Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Dunedin Rural Fire District Notice-The Dunedin Rural Fire District Notice 1949* is hereby revoked.
