Financial Markets Authority (FMA) hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 181(1)(c) of the KiwiSaver Act 2006, that the Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce on 16 and 17 April 2014 executed, under section 177 of the KiwiSaver Act 2006, instruments of appointment appointing the following default KiwiSaver providers:

BNZ Investment Services Limited
BT Funds Management (NZ) Limited
Fisher Managed Funds Limited
Grosvenor Investment Management Limited
Kiwi Wealth Limited

The appointments come into force on 1 July 2014.
