On 24 April 2014, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("Act"), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development
levy for the period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 9 May 2014 at 5.00pm.
