Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2014, Kevin John Whitley, of Auckland, was appointed receiver of the property of PADDY HANNAN CONTRACTING LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 5th day of June 2006 given by the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets charged by and consisting of all collateral defined in the generalsecurity agreement.
