Notice is hereby given that on 3 February 2014, Kevin
John Whitley, of Auckland, was appointed receiver of
the property of RESOURCE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated the 10th day of July 2012 given by the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets charged by and consisting of all collateral defined in the general security agreement.
