Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers and
Notice of Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 8 and 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company on 10 December 2014 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 11th day of April 2014, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.

Notice is given that as from 11 December 2014, Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald have now ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of DNA MODULAR CREATIONS LIMITED (in receivership).

The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
