Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Certain Assets

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, hereby give notice that on 24 November 2014, the holder of a general security deed dated the 23rd day of July 2008 did, at the request of the grantor, appoint us jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the grantor (excluding “consumer goods” within the meaning of the Credit (Repossession) Act 1997).
