Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on 25 November 2014 at 11.45am, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of CEDAR PROPERTIES MARLBOROUGH LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of March 2012, which property consists of all the undertaking and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said CEDAR PROPERTIES MARLBOROUGH LIMITED.
