Notice of Receivers and Managers Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Keith Vincent Harris, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 20 November 2014, we ceased to act as receivers and managers of the above-named company under the powers contained in a memorandum of mortgage dated the 15th day of November 2006.
