Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 11 November 2014, we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of GLENDALE RETIREMENT HOME (2012) LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 9th day of May 2012.

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired property, being all the company’s personal property, real property and other property.
