Notice of Appointment of Receivers

John Fisk and David Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named entities on 13 November 2014 under the terms of security agreements dated the 23rd day of July 2013.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the entities’ undertaking, property and assets.
