Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Keith Vincent Harris, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of CROSSDALE PROPERTIES LIMITED on 8 October 2014 under the powers contained in a memorandum of mortgage dated the 15th day of November 2006.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property, being all the company’s personal property, real property and other property.
